The RV-Elite Series Rotary Evaporator (Manual ) is a high-efficiency separation and concentration device widely used in chemistry, biology, pharmaceuticals, and related fields. Its core function is to gently remove solvents from solutions via the principle of reduced-pressure distillation. The system mainly consists of a rotary flask, heating bath, condenser, vacuum system, and receiving flask. The rotary flask is driven by a motor to rotate at a constant speed, forming a uniform liquid film on the inner wall and thereby increasing the evaporation area. The heating bath (water or oil) provides a controllable heat source, while the vacuum system reduces the pressure inside the system to lower the boiling point of the solvent. The condenser liquefies the evaporated solvent vapor using a cooling medium, and the liquid is collected in the receiving flask. The design balances operational convenience and sample protection, making it especially suitable for handling heat-sensitive substances-achieving rapid solvent evaporation and separation without exposing the sample to damaging high temperatures.

Integrated digital tube display for real-time readout of rotation speed and timing information. Built-in fuse over-temperature protection, automatically cutting off power under abnormally high temperatures. The manual lifting mechanical linkage (stroke 110mm) ensures that the rotary flask is removed from the heat source in case of an emergency power failure, avoiding operational risks and making the instrument suitable for experiments involving flammable or highly active samples.
High-corrosion-resistant structure and stable load-bearing design
Aluminum alloy bracket enhances overall load-bearing capacity. The stainless steel + Teflon composite bath is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. GG-17 high-borosilicate glass components withstand sudden temperature changes and strong solvents. Fully enclosed heating technology ensures long-term stable operation.
Modular high-efficiency condensation system
Vertical double-layer serpentine coil condenser (1700cm² large contact area) optimizes heat dissipation and spatial layout, suitable for high-load continuous experiments. Condensation efficiency is increased by more than 30%, reducing solvent volatilization loss.
Continuous feeding and long-lasting sealing solution
Valve-type feeding port connected to PTFE tubing enables uninterrupted feeding. Double-layer modified Teflon sealing rings with spring-loaded dynamic compensation technology maintain airtightness under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, reducing leakage risk and extending equipment service life.
Bidirectional dynamic evaporation optimization
Manual knob setting for forward/reverse alternating time. Bidirectional rotation reduces wall-adhering residue of highly viscous or easily crystallized solutions, improves evaporation uniformity, avoids localized caking or overheating, and enhances experimental controllability and repeatability.
Human-machine interaction and space optimization
Knob-controlled lifting height and quick-release rotary flask design reduce operational complexity. The vertical condenser compact layout saves bench space, combining efficient heat dissipation with optimized laboratory workflow, improving overall efficiency.
