VO-X Series

The VO-X Vacuum Drying Oven is a chamber used for heating, drying, baking, and dry-heat sterilization under relative vacuum conditions. Vacuum drying ovens are specifically designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances. During operation, they maintain a certain vacuum level inside the chamber and allow inert gas to be introduced. Even materials with complex compositions can be dried rapidly.

Features

PID temperature control technology with precise and reliable temperature regulation; the LCD display shows the set temperature and current temperature clearly and intuitively; features include timing, overtemperature alarm, and other functions.

Cold-rolled steel outer casing with electrostatic spray coating, fine matte finish, classic black-and-white color scheme, offering aesthetic appearance as well as enhanced corrosion resistance and antiaging properties;

The chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, durable, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature-resistant.

Standard with two aluminum shelves (fast heat conduction and rapid temperature rise); multilayer shelves available on request;

Adjustable door closure tension and integrally molded silicone rubber sealing gasket ensure a high vacuum inside the chamber; inert gas can be introduced into the chamber (gas charging pressure not exceeding 0.1 MPa).

Tempered double-layer thickened bulletproof glass window for clear and intuitive observation of objects inside the chamber.
