RV-P Series

The RV-P Series Rotary Evaporator employs stepless speed regulation to keep the glass rotary flask rotating at a constant speed. The material forms a large-area uniform thin film on the flask wall and is then evenly heated by an intelligent constant-temperature water bath. Under vacuum conditions, rapid evaporation occurs. The solvent vapor is condensed by a high-efficiency glass condenser and collected in a receiving flask. The rotary evaporator operates under vacuum, and all parts in contact with the material are made of high-temperature-resistant borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is particularly suitable for concentrating and purifying biological products that are prone to decomposition and denaturation at high temperatures.

Features

Equipped with fuse safety protection. Except for the basic series, all models feature an automatic power-off function in case of dry-heating, providing dual protection from the electrical circuit to the heating stage, reducing laboratory operation risks.

The water bath is made of stainless steel + Teflon composite material; glass components are high-borosilicate glass (GG~17), resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. The main bracket is made of aluminum alloy, combined with a Teflon + imported fluororubber sealing system, ensuring a robust structure while maintaining high vacuum stability, balancing durability and experimental precision.

Supports electronic stepless speed regulation with real-time digital display of rotation speed. The water bath is equipped with a digital display and intelligent constant-temperature control, together with a Pt100 sensor for fast temperature transmission. Experimental parameters are easy to adjust, stable, and visualized.

A vertical double-layer serpentine coil condenser ensures high recovery rate. A valve-type feeding tube (with PTFE tubing) allows continuous feeding, meeting the demands of efficient laboratory work and reducing operational interruptions.

Supports timed forward/reverse rotation. The reversal interval and duration can be set according to material characteristics (e.g., viscous or easily sedimented materials) to avoid local sedimentation and uneven heating in the water bath. (Not available on the manual lift model and model 1300B).

Floor-standing rotary evaporators are equipped with a vacuum gauge for real-time vacuum display, providing easy and accurate readings. The experimental status is clearly observable, facilitating more reliable and convenient material separation and purification (RV-P 3100 / RV-P 4100 / RV-P 5100).
