RV-S Series

The RV-S Series Rotary Evaporator employs stepless speed regulation to keep the glass rotary flask rotating at a constant speed. The material forms a large-area uniform thin film on the flask wall and is then evenly heated by an intelligent constant-temperature water bath. Under vacuum conditions, rapid evaporation occurs. The solvent vapor is condensed by a high-efficiency glass condenser and collected in a receiving flask. The rotary evaporator operates under vacuum, and all parts in contact with the material are made of high-temperature-resistant high-borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is particularly suitable for concentrating and purifying biological products that are prone to decomposition and denaturation at high temperatures.

Features

The main bracket is made of aluminum alloy with a rational structure. It is equipped with a vertical double-layer serpentine coil condenser and an additional feeding tube. A valve-type feeding tube with PTFE tubing is adopted to allow continuous feeding.

Electronic stepless speed regulation and automatic lifting of the main unit. A built-in fuse provides safety protection and an automatic power-off function in case of dry heating. A PT100 temperature sensor is used for fast and accurate temperature data transmission.

The water bath adopts intelligent constant-temperature control. The A model supports digital display of temperature, the B model supports dual digital display of temperature and rotation speed, and the E model features an LCD display. Electronic control enables stepless speed regulation to meet different application needs.

All glass components are made of GG-17 high-borosilicate glass. The water bath is made of stainless steel + Teflon composite material. The sealing system uses a combination of Teflon and imported fluororubber for bidirectional sealing. The entire unit exhibits high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and the ability to maintain a high vacuum.
